How do I create a free-trial account?
Please click on the "start free trial" button at the top of the page. It will then ask you some basic information and will allow you to start using the platform.
Will I be charged after I create a free account?
No, we do not collect payment information when you start a trial.
How do I pay for my account?
If you are on an individual plan there will be a portal inside the application when you click on the gear icon. You can add your payment through our secure payment portal facilitated by Stripe and Chargebee.
What do I do if I want to upgrade or change my account?
Please contact Support@motionize.zendesk.com and we can set up that process. Alternatively you can reach us through the help center in our application.
What do I do if I want to extend my free-trial?
